We are all listeners

LISTEN,
TO PROTECT

Just as there are lookouts for nature, there must also be listeners to protect our soundscapes.

LISTEN AND PROTECT

PERU, A MEGADIVERSE COUNTRY

We have around 195 natural conservation spaces, both public and private. Thanks to these spaces our climate is regulated, we obtain our food and they are the refuge of wonderful living beings, some of them in danger of extinction.

WE ARE ALL LISTENERS

Being a listener is being a person willing to pay attention to how our natural environments sound, the lives that inhabit them and the different natural phenomena that occur in them.

Being a listener means having compassion for other living beings, allowing ourselves to connect beyond visual landscapes and begin to find beauty in the soundscape that surrounds us.

Being a listener is a way of protecting what allows us to continue existing on this planet and co-existing with other living beings.

LISTEN TO CONSERVE

We invite you to listen to each of the conservation areas and choose your favorite. We will install the first listener in the most voted conservation area. Where do you think the first listener should be installed?
🎧We recommend the use of headphones for greater enjoyment 🎧

A DEEP LISTENING DEVICE

OIDA is a listening artifact to approach other beings and environments of nature from sound and silence in order to be one with the soundscape. It allows us to blend in with the environment, creating immersive soundscapes. This becomes a space for contemplation and sound meditation, a form of conservation of our nature and its ecosystems that allow our permanence on earth as a species, in addition to connecting with our inner world in the evolution of sound.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SOUND CONSERVATION

We seek to raise awareness about the sound conservation of what vibrates and what we live with, one of the most honest ways to preserve and respect a place is from its sound. Listening and its increase in quality is one of the deepest ways to connect with something and/or someone.
